We believe that the initial consultation should be an opportunity for free flowing discussion to ascertain needs, budgets and expected outcomes. The importance of process, design concepts and design philosophy, particularly relating to energy efficiency and sustainability, is also dealt with to broaden the client understanding of possible outcomes.
